I’m Lennart Emmerzaal, a Personal Trainer in Amsterdam specialized in: Weight Loss, Muscle Growth and Posture Correction

I offer coaching in both Dutch and English at Iron Health in Amsterdam, located at Gaaspstraat 45.

About me

I’m Lennart Emmerzaal. I was born and raised in the Netherlands and currently live and work as a Personal Trainer in Amsterdam.

Fitness has always played an important role in my life. I have been training for several years, and I see it as the perfect tool to manage my vitality and energy. I have worked in the hospitality industry, both in the Netherlands and abroad. I’ve always been passionate around people, training and the psyche. I took several courses on physical education and coaching and finally became a full-time Personal Trainer as a way to share my passion and help others.

I like to work in a direct, yet personal way. The needs of my clients, as well as their physical and mental capabilities, are the most critical factors in my work. I strive to help every individual reach their goals with a no-nonsense and evidence-based method.
